If you feel you that you simply do not have the time to take calls or have the patience to show your home to buyer's. Notify us first and we will refer you out to an agency or a particular agent of your choice. Once the agency or agent accepts our referral by signing off on it and your home officially closes we will send you the flat fee that you paid us. Please see our listing agreement for more details.

If you feel you cannot represent yourself any longer and decide that its time to list with a full service agency, Hillman Real Estate will gladly refer you to a traditional Agent. You may select any agency you want as long as you let us know prior to contacting or listing with the traditional agency. Once you have been in discussions with the traditional agency about listing your home we will be unable to refer you. After they accept our referral in writing and the confirmation of your homes closing with that particular agency, we will send you a full refund of the money you spent for our MLS flat fee listing service.  

In short, tell us what agency you want to list your home with, we will call them, and have them contact you about listing your home.  Please see our listing agreement for more details.

Please note that when we refer you to the agency of your choice we will receive a referral fee from the traditional agency who lists and sells your home.  The  money received from the referral we be applied to the refund amount we owe you.
